This Privacy Policy explains how Americano LLC (“Americano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Proof of Legend, including the Proof of Legend website, demos, platform, customization tools, barrel links, directories, and related services (collectively, “Proof of Legend” or the “Service”).
By using Proof of Legend, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The information we collect depends upon how you interact with Proof of Legend.
Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- company, brand, employer, or professional affiliation;
- job title or role;
- account or login information;
- information submitted through contact, inquiry, application, onboarding, or support forms;
- communications with Americano or a Proof of Legend account representative;
- product, barrel, blend, label, printing, or order information;
- logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, copy, or other materials uploaded to or submitted through Proof of Legend;
- customization selections and approvals; and
- other information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use Proof of Legend, we or our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- referring and exit pages;
- pages, features, links, or demos accessed;
- date and time of access;
- approximate location derived from IP address;
- session and interaction information;
- diagnostic and performance information; and

- generate customized labels, mockups, production artwork, directories, or related materials;
- facilitate label review, approval, printing, production, and fulfillment workflows;
- communicate with members, prospective members, buyers, customers, and other authorized users;
- respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- onboard and manage Americano members;
- understand how users interact with the Service and improve its functionality and user experience;
- protect Proof of Legend against fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, intellectual property violations, and security threats;
- enforce our agreements and Terms of Use;
- maintain internal business and operational records;
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate Proof of Legend or provide the services requested.

Americano Members
If you access Proof of Legend through a spirits producer, brand, or other Americano member, information regarding your customization activity, approvals, label selections, orders, or related interactions may be available to that member.
Service Providers
We may provide information to vendors and service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as:
- website and application hosting;
- cloud storage and infrastructure;
- analytics;
- email and communications;
- authentication;
- customer relationship management;
- printing and production;
- shipping and fulfillment;
- payment processing; and
- technical or professional support.
These providers receive information as reasonably necessary to perform services for us.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulation, or governmental request; protect the rights, property, or safety of Americano, Proof of Legend, our members, users, or others; investigate fraud or misuse; or enforce our agreements.
Business Transactions
If Americano or Proof of Legend is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
4. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Americano does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Proof of Legend does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising across unrelated websites or services, or similar advertising purposes.
We may use third-party service providers for analytics, hosting, security, communications, and other operational purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. The disclosure of information to these service providers for legitimate business purposes is not intended to constitute a sale of personal information.
Our business practices and the technologies used by Proof of Legend may evolve over time. If we begin using personal information for advertising practices that constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or another activity requiring an opt-out right under applicable privacy law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notices and opt-out mechanisms before or when those practices are implemented.

Proof of Legend may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service functioning, maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and protect against unauthorized activity.
Third-party analytics or infrastructure providers may also collect technical information through these technologies when providing services to us.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Disabling certain cookies may prevent portions of Proof of Legend from functioning properly.

Certain third-party service providers may collect information concerning your interaction with Proof of Legend in connection with services they provide to us, such as hosting, analytics, security, or payment processing.
Proof of Legend may also contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services that we do not operate.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing Proof of Legend services, maintaining member and production records, fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving disputes, protecting our intellectual property and legal rights, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending upon the nature of the information and our relationship with you or the applicable Americano member.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our data-management practices.
8. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, application, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or maintained by Proof of Legend.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, private links, or access information provided to you.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending upon where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to personal information we maintain about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain personal information;

Americano does not use Proof of Legend to sell personal information for monetary consideration.

11. NEVADA RESIDENTS
Nevada residents may have certain rights under Nevada privacy law regarding covered information collected through websites or online services, including the ability to submit certain requests concerning their information and, where applicable, opt out of covered sales of that information.
Americano does not sell covered information as part of Proof of Legend's business model.

12. BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION
Proof of Legend is primarily designed for business use.
Information provided in your professional capacity, such as your business email address, company affiliation, job title, brand affiliation, barrel or product information, or communications made on behalf of an organization, may be used in connection with our existing or prospective business relationship with that organization.
13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Proof of Legend is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Proof of Legend. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.
14. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Proof of Legend is operated from the United States.
If you access Proof of Legend from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Proof of Legend, our data practices, our service providers, or applicable law.
